Attorney Chase Clayton raises the level of legal experience and prosecutorial insight for the benefit of clients working with The Law Offices of Ned Barnett.
Chase grew up in the Texas panhandle, developing a competitive spirit playing basketball. After graduating from law school in 2009 and working with a well-known criminal defense firm in Texas, Chase joined the Brazoria County District Attorney’s Office in 2010, ultimately being promoted to Criminal Division Chief.
His time as a prosecutor provided Chase with considerable trial experience, having taken all manner of criminal cases to verdict for charges ranging from DWI, sexual assault, and robbery to murder, evading arrest, and drug cases.

In addition to his inside knowledge of how the government is building its case, Chase is board certified as a criminal lawyer by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Chase’s time outside of work is spent with his wife and daughter, exercising, reading a good book, or watching a movie.
