Prostitution Case Dismissed After Completion of Diversion Program
Recently, a client of The Law Offices of Ned Barnett found themselves facing charges of prostitution, a class B felony that can bring with it potential incarceration, fines, and more. After negotiating with the prosecution, attorney Barnett was able to obtain the client a six-month pre-trial diversion. After completing this program, the client was able to get their record expunged, meaning the prostitution charge would not show up on it.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
