Pre-Trial Intervention Program Obtained in Harris County DWI Case

Criminal Defense, DWI

Published July 19, 2019

Recently, an individual in Harris County found themselves in trouble after being charged with a misdemeanor for driving while intoxicated (DWI). In addition to the potential jail time and fines the individual faced if convicted of drunk driving, they had to deal with an ALR (administrative license revocation) hearing, during which it would be decided if they’d lose their driver’s license via a civil punishment. Attorney Ned Barnett immediately got to work on the case, and while the ALR hearing was not won, the client was accepted into a pre-trial intervention program.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
